What is your exchange policy
With the exception of final sale items, you are eligible to exchange your item(s) for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in new condition and include all original packaging. We do not offer full refunds on the original method of payment or refund shipping costs.

A piece I want is sold out, will you be restocking it?
You can contact us at danamclaven@rogers.com and we will do our best to track down the piece for you.
What is considered finale sale?
Custom pieces, engraved pieces, gift cards and earrings are all final sale. We are unable to exchange or issue store credits.

Shipping questions
When are orders shipped?
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, except holidays, and shipped within 24 - 72 hours of placing your order.
What happens after I place my order?
You will receive an email confirming your order with a shipping confirmation to follow.

What if I entered my information incorrectly?
If any shipping information is entered incorrectly, please reach out to danamclaven@rogers.com immediately. Please note, we are unable to make any adjustments once an order as shipped and we recommend contacting the shipping company.
