Please note, we do not offer full refunds to your original method of payment. We are happy to exchange or provide a store credit. Jewellery must be unworn and in new condition, accompanied by additional packaging. Earrings, gift cards and sale items are all final sale.

Exchanges

We want your piece(s) to be the right fit. With the exception of final sale items, you are eligible to exchange your item(s) for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in new condition and include all original packaging. We do not offer full refunds on the original method of payment or refund shipping costs.
